• Legal Contract Binding

    When clients purchase a service from Squarenterprise, they agree to be bound by this Legal Contract Binding. This agreement covers responsibilities related to Trademark Services, Patents, and Lawsuits, including the proper management of responses to legal notices.

    If clients close their business, they must submit the appropriate cancellation documents to remove their legal name from all business records officially. This process is essential to protect the business owner from future legal liabilities that may arise from an infringing business name. Squarenterprise will not be held liable for any damages, claims, or legal issues that occur if the client does not properly file cancellation documents.

    When you engage with our services, we may collect necessary personal information such as your name, address, email, and phone number. We may also collect business-related details, including your company name, industry, and other relevant information, strictly to provide and protect our services.

  • Revision Policy

    The number of revisions you get depends on the package you choose. You can request changes up to the limit included in your plan. We’ll keep revising within that scope until you’re fully satisfied, at no extra cost, as long as the main design concept doesn’t change. Revisions are usually delivered within 48 hours.

    Please note: Once a design is finalized, any further edits will be treated as a new order and may include additional charges.

  • Refund Policy

    Squarenterprise follows a strict no-refund policy under certain conditions to ensure fairness and protect both parties.

    Refunds will not be issued if:

    • A custom package has been purchased.
    • The primary design concept has already been approved.
    • Revisions have been requested.
    • The cancellation is for reasons unrelated to our company.
    • No contact has been made with our team for more than 2 weeks.
    • Our company policies have been violated.
    • Another designer or agency has been hired for the same project.
    • The creative brief provided was incomplete.
    • A complete design change is requested after approval.
    • The refund request is made after the allowed 7-day period.
    • The business is closing, changing its name, or changing its nature.
    • The reason is based on “change of mind” or other non-service-related issues.

    Additional Guidelines:

    • For bundled services, refunds apply only to the specific service in question, not the entire bundle.
    • Website refunds are not possible once the design is approved and sent for development.
    • No refunds will be provided once logo or website designs are approved or final files are delivered.
    • A partial refund (up to 25%) may be considered if the client does not provide the initial brief for logo/web design within 10 days of placing the order.

    Note: Squarenterprise reserves the right to reject any project or cancel a contract at its discretion. After a refund is issued, all design rights remain the sole property of Squarenterprise and cannot be used by the client.
